Hojago Support
For people who print
- Print as usual. Your job waits until you release it, so nothing sits on a tray for someone else to pick up.
- At the printer, scan the code or use the Hojago Station iPad, sign in the way your organization set up (username and PIN, PIN only, or your number), and tap Release. Only your own jobs appear.
- Forgot your PIN? Ask your organization’s Hojago administrator. They can look it up for you or set a new one.
- A job you no longer need can be discarded from the same screen without printing.
Hojago Station (the iPad at the copier)
- The iPad is enrolled once with a code from Hojago Admin (Printers → the copier → Release stations → Add). The code works once and expires after 15 minutes.
- If the iPad shows “This station was removed”, ask your administrator for a new code.
- The station signs you out after a short idle time, when you tap “Not me”, and whenever it leaves the screen. It keeps nothing about you.
- A screen labelled “Demo mode” means the iPad was enrolled with the demo code. Tap “Exit demo” and enroll it with a real code from Hojago Admin.
For administrators
- Sign in at admin.hojago.com. Sites, printers, people, sign-in modes, release stations, and reports are managed there.
- A copier that shows “print server is offline” means your on-site Hojago server is not connected. Check the site’s status in Hojago Admin, then the server and its network.
- Anything else: email us with your organization name and what you are seeing, and we will take it from there.
